GRIDSERVE Electric Forecourts® are listed on the fuelService app, which provides a convenient way for disabled drivers to request charging assistance. To use it, simply select your chosen Electric Forecourt® within the app and fuelService will contact the onsite GRIDSERVE team to check if someone is available to assist.
Once confirmed, you just need to arrive at the charger and notify the app. It will then update you with an estimated wait time for support.
In addition to fuelService, High Power charging bays with extra space are available across all Electric Forecourts®. These bays are equipped with both CHAdeMO and CCS connectors. We also provide dedicated accessible bays for Low Power AC (Type 2) charging, as well as accessible non-charging parking spaces for retail or lounge visits.
During retail opening hours, onsite staff are available to assist with EV charging and answer any questions about electric vehicles.
