- If you’re on a Medium Power or High Power unit with dual charging, toggle between the screens to make sure you are selecting the correct connector.
Use the same method you started with:
a. Tap your contactless card or device on the payment terminal, or
b. Use the Stop button in the GRIDSERVE app.
- Press the Stop button on the charger’s screen.
- Wait for charging to stop and for the connector to unlock, then return it to the holster.
