When reporting an issue, please provide:
- Location and charger number
- Date and time of your session
- Charger number
- Connector type and any error messages (if shown)
Supporting the cable while plugging in is one of the easiest ways to prevent issues. If the cable is stretched at an angle to your charging port, the connection may not form properly between your car and the charger.
