All of our Medium Power chargers and some of our High Power chargers support dual charging, which means two vehicles can charge at the same time on a single unit.

When dual charging is enabled, the charger will provide two on-screen displays, one for each connector. You may need to toggle between these screens to make sure you are viewing the one linked to your own connector. CCS1 is on the left and CCS 2 is on the right.

Each dual-capable charger will have two cables, which may be a combination of CCS and CHAdeMO or two CCS connectors. While two vehicles are charging, the available power is shared between them, so charging speed will be reduced for each vehicle.

Signage at the charger may also indicate if dual charging is possible and the charger will often be situated between two painted bays to indicate both connectors can be used. Please park considerately to allow others to plug in.
