- Open the app and find your location on the map.
- Check your vehicle’s port and select the correct connector (CCS, CHAdeMO or Type 2).
- Take the connector from the holster, support the cable and plug it into your vehicle.
- Locate the charger ID (clearly shown on a sticker below the charger screen) and select this same ID in the app.
- If dual charging is active, you may see two screens on the unit, toggle between them to confirm you’re viewing the one linked to your connector.
- In the app, tap ‘pay’ and select your preferred payment card if you have more than one saved.
- Once the charge has started, you can monitor your session remotely in the app, including live charge curve and state of charge.
- To end the session, press ‘stop’ in the app before unplugging your vehicle and returning the connector.
