Each charger has a unique ID number (for example, GS10001) displayed clearly on a sticker below the screen. This number is also shown in the app, helping you confirm that you are starting the correct charger.

When dual charging is active, the charger will display two screens, one for each connector. You may need to toggle between these screens to ensure you are viewing the display linked to your connector.

Always check that the connector you have plugged in matches the screen you are using before starting your session. This will ensure your vehicle charges correctly and avoids interrupting another driver’s session.
